Overview
Although barely a kilometre from the main port of Gaios, the dramatic cliffs and headlands of the west coast, Paxos Club Hotel, set in lovely mature gardens and surrounded by olive groves, feels pleasantly remote. At the heart of this delightful small hotel is an original Paxiot house built from the sun-bleached limestone rock of the island, which is now the restaurant where breakfast can be enjoyed in the morning. The accommodation blends attractively with the surroundings and the old house. Traditional from the outside, the interiors have been designed for comfort and convenience and include a comfortable lounge with satellite TV and internet facilities.
The pool area has an unusual whirlpool constructed on an island, reached by a small bridge. Adjacent to, and separated from the main pool by this bridge, is also a children’s paddling pool. The hotel also benefits from an onsite Spa offering a variety of treatments ideal to complete your relaxation. (Open June onwards)
NB: Some spa facilities, including the whirlpool will incur an additional charge.
